Conflict Minerals Sourcing Policy
沖突礦物(wù)政策

Columbite-tantalite (coltan), cassiterite, wolframite and gold, or their derivatives, including tantalum, tin, and tungsten, originating from the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and adjoining countries are sometimes mined and sold by armed groups to finance unfair labor practices or human rights violations. Some of these minerals and/or derivatives can make their way into the supply chains of the products used around the world.

來自剛果民(mín)主共和國(guó)（金）和相鄰的國(guó)家的钽铌（钶钽鐵礦，錫石，黑鎢礦和黃金），或其衍生物(wù)，包括钽，錫，鎢，有(yǒu)時被武裝(zhuāng)團體(tǐ)開采并銷售以此來支助不公(gōng)平勞動實踐或者侵害人權的行為(wèi)。有(yǒu)些礦物(wù)和/或衍生工(gōng)具(jù)可(kě)以通過一定的方式進入到全世界使用(yòng)的産(chǎn)品供應鏈中(zhōng)。

It is the policy of Chengdu ZSUS Technology Co., Ltd. to avoid our products  directly or indirectly finance or benefit armed groups from conflict-affected regions. As part of Chengdu ZSUS Technology Co., Ltd.’s commitment to corporate responsibility and respecting human rights in our own operations and in our global supply chain, it is Chengdu ZSUS Technology Co., Ltd. ’s goal to seek to only procure raw materials that does not support conflict. In support of this sourcing policy, we will

成都市正碩科(kē)技(jì )有(yǒu)限公(gōng)司制訂旨在避免我們的産(chǎn)品直接或間接為(wèi)沖突地區(qū)的相關武裝(zhuāng)團體(tǐ)提供财政支助或者使其受益的政策。成都市正碩科(kē)技(jì )有(yǒu)限公(gōng)司承諾在經營以及全球供應鏈中(zhōng)承擔責任，尊重人權，緻力于采購(gòu)的原材料不會支持相關的沖突。為(wèi)遵照此采購(gòu)政策，我們将做到以下幾點：

Ⅰ. Exercise due diligence with relevant suppliers consistent with the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas and encourage our suppliers to do likewise with their suppliers

1.與相關供應商(shāng)進行盡職調查，确保采購(gòu)符合OECD受沖突影響地區(qū)和高風險地區(qū)礦物(wù)負責任的供應鏈盡職調查指南的要求并鼓勵我們供應商(shāng)要求其供應商(shāng)同樣做到相關要求

Ⅱ. Provide, and expect our suppliers to cooperate in providing, due diligence information to confirm the raw materials in our supply-chain does not support conflict.

2.提供并要求我們的供應商(shāng)配合提供盡職調查信息以确保我們的原材料供應鏈中(zhōng)不支持沖突。

Ⅲ. Immediately discontinue engagement with suppliers who pose a reasonable risk to be supporting conflict.

3.立即停止與有(yǒu)支持沖突風險的供應商(shāng)的合作(zuò)。

Ⅳ. Commit to transparency in the implementation of this policy by making available reports on our progress to our customersand the public (as required).

4.承諾向客戶及大衆通過報告我們的進展來公(gōng)開透明化來貫徹我們這一政策。
